Theophile Bourgoyne, the son of Jules Francois Bourgoyne and Cecile Adelaide Tullier, was born 09 October 1827 in West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. He married Roseanna Frioux, the daughter of Jean Baptist Frioux and Marceline Magdalaine Prosper, on 28 March 1853 in Brusly, West Baton Rouge Parish. She was born 19 May 1832 in West Baton Rouge Parish.
Their known children were:
i. Adolphe Bourgoyne, born 22 April 1856 in West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana; married Antoinette Eulalie Broussard on 22 January 1879 in WBR Parish, daughter of Joseph Onesime Broussard and Elmira Severine Tullier. She was born 10 February 1861 in WBR Parish. They had two known sons- Joseph Theophile and Eustache.
ii. Marceline Cecile Bourgoyne, born 1859. No further info.
